СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ КУРСОВ ГЕНДЕРНЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ В КАЗАХСТАНЕ И СОЕДИНЕННЫХ ШТАТАХ АМЕРИКИ

Исследование представляет собой сравнительный анализ курсов по гендерным исследованиям в Казахстане и Соединённых Штатах Америки, рассматривающий институционализацию, структуру и педагогическую реализацию данной области в различных системах высшего образования. Опираясь на феминистскую теорию, концепцию интерсекциональности и постколониальные подходы, исследование анализирует 97 гендерных курсов в 29 университетах
Казахстана и сопоставляет их с 204 курсами в American University и University of Wisconsin–Madison.
На основе качественного анализа документов и полуструктурированных интервью с преподавателями в работе рассматриваются три аналитических измерения: институционализацию, широту учебной программы и педагогические практики. Результаты показывают, что в Казахстане гендерные исследования преимущественно представлены в форме элективных курсов, встроенных в структуру традиционных кафедр, при ограниченной междисциплинарности и минимальной интеграции практико-ориентированного обучения. В рассматриваемых американских университетах, напротив,
действуют полностью институционализированные программы с правом присуждения академических степеней, характеризующиеся междисциплинарной направленностью, явной интеграцией интерсекционального подхода и системным включением стажировок и итоговых проектов. Различия отражают разные траектории формирования академической дисциплины, обусловленные особенностями управления, политической среды и институциональных ресурсов. В заключение предлагается многомерная рамка развития гендерного образования в Казахстане посредством усиления институциональной поддержки, расширения междисциплинарной интеграции и развития практико-ориентированных компонентов обучения.
