AI Usage Policy

When regulating the use of artificial intelligence (hereinafter - AI) tools in scholarly articles, the Journal’s editorial office follows the principles specified in Clause 5 of Appendix 1 to Order No. 127 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 (as amended by Order No. 4 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2025).

Authors bear full responsibility for any content generated with the use of AI. The use of AI for statistical processing of data obtained as a result of research is permitted. When AI is used, the AI source/tool must be explicitly disclosed in compliance with research ethics. The “Research Methods and Materials” section must clearly state which tool was used, for what purpose, and at which stage of the study. When AI technologies are used in an article, scientific results, recommendations, and conclusions must be formulated independently by the author or the team of authors. The use of AI to write the main body of the article, to present false information, or to circumvent plagiarism detection is prohibited.

Reviewers must not use generative AI tools when evaluating manuscripts.
