Abstract

This article analyzes the prevalence and types of bullying among adolescents, focusing on socio-pedagogical approaches to prevention. The adapted version of Dan Olweus's Revised Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ-R) was used in the study, and data were collected based on responses from school students aged 13–17. The survey results identified the frequency, types, and forms of bullying, as well as participants’ roles and their attitudes toward bullying. A descriptive and comparative analysis of adolescent bullying interactions was conducted. The data were processed through classification and evaluation methods and presented in tables, charts, and interpreted with quantitative indicators. The findings revealed that verbal and social bullying were most prevalent, and that cyberbullying frequently occurred via social media and messaging apps. Bullying primarily took place inside classrooms and during breaks, especially in areas with limited adult supervision. The study concludes that a multi-level, comprehensive approach - focusing on effective collaboration between schools, parents, and students - is essential for effective prevention. The article ends with socio-pedagogical recommendations based on the survey results.
