Extracurricular Activities in the Formation of a Culture of Behavior of Primary School Students Structure and Content

The content of the article comprehensively examines and analyzes the problem of the formation of cultural behavior of primary school students through extracurricular work. The article is written on the basis of regulatory documents, methodological guidelines, works of scientists and teachers on the formation of cultural behavior and works published in domestic and foreign publications on educational work organizations in primary classes after school hours.
The systematic methodical organization of extracurricular activities in primary school is the basis for the formation of morality in students and instilling in them national values.
The article uses methods of description and analysis. Within the framework of the scientific research topic, an analysis of scientific and pedagogical publications was carried out, and the main ideas and concepts were presented. The study established that the structure and content of extracurricular activities are important for the formation of a culture of behavior among younger schoolchildren. Thoughtful content of extracurricular educational work allows students to develop moral qualities, to be a cultural person, along with expanding knowledge about the world around them.
The study took as a basis the main directions and methods of work to create a culture of student behavior through the organization of extracurricular activities in elementary school. Working on the basis of special programs contributes to the achievement of quality and results of work, increases the efficiency of the pedagogical process. The content of the article presents the main areas of organization of extracurricular educational work of primary school teachers and the results of experimental work on the development of moral spiritual values, abilities to ethics, speech culture, healthy lifestyle of students. The system of organizing extracurricular work on the formation of an ethical culture of behavior and communication is described, a methodology for working on the formation of cultural behavior has been developed.
The article gives recommendations on organizing extracurricular work in primary grades and drawing up a system work plan.
