Among foreign language teaching methods, teaching students through real-life
situations should hold a special place. This is because language is a means of communication. In
communicative foreign language teaching, linguistic communication is recognized as a subject of
research, and as a means of learning and self-discovery. It is known that the communication process
occurs through the interaction of at least two participants. Therefore, linguistic communication is a
key focus in English language learning. To achieve this, it is crucial to use activities based on student
interaction, reflecting real-life linguistic communicative situations in their future activities. One trend
in English language teaching is that the linguistic aspect in integrated learning includes phonetic,
lexical, and grammatical structures. The oral aspect consists of listening, pronunciation, reading, and
writing. In general, integrated learning is characterized by two features: lesson content is aimed at
developing communicative and oral skills based on various types of oral speech, and lesson content
includes the interrelationships between various speech acts in practical training. In the
aforementioned scientific article, the authors attempted to reveal the importance of the topic by
theoretically studying and practically implementing methods for developing students' oral skills
through communicative situations in foreign language classes.
